  • A lack of interest in activities that you previously enjoyed.
  • Appetite and weight changes (either loss or significant gain).
  • Sleep problems (insomnia, oversleeping, or early-morning awakenings).
  • Irritability.
  • Withdrawing from friends and family.
  • A lack of energy or sense of fatigue.
  • Recurring aches and pains that seem to have no physical cause.
  • Feelings of worthlessness or helplessness.
  • Difficulty concentrating, remembering or making decisions.
  • Thinking or talking about suicide.
