Signs of Depression
- A lack of interest in activities that you previously enjoyed.
- Appetite and weight changes (either loss or significant gain).
- Sleep problems (insomnia, oversleeping, or early-morning awakenings).

- A lack of energy or sense of fatigue.
- Recurring aches and pains that seem to have no physical cause.
- Feelings of worthlessness or helplessness.
- Difficulty concentrating, remembering or making decisions.
